In short: aıx has no accounts, does not identify you, and never sends your progress anywhere. The only part of the app that collects anything is Google AdMob, which serves the ads. Allowing ad tracking is entirely your choice; decline it and the game plays exactly the same.

1. Who this covers
This policy covers aıx, an iOS game developed by Ege Seymen. By downloading and using the app you agree to the practices described here.
2. What the app itself collects
aıx has no account system; it does not know who you are and never asks. Your progress is stored only on your device, inside the app's own container:
- Which levels you have cleared, your best times, and the stars you earned
- Your total play time and attempt count
- Your settings (sound, music, haptics, high contrast, reduce motion, language, reminders)
Deleting the app deletes all of it. You can also clear it at any time from Settings → Reset Progress.
Anonymous gameplay statistics
So we can see which levels are too hard, the app sends nameless statistics to our own server. All that is sent is:
- Which level you attempted, cleared, or left without finishing
- How long a level took you and how many stars you earned
- How many ads you were shown
- How long you kept the app open
- App version and platform (iOS / Android)
These carry a random number the app generates for itself at install time. It is not read from your device, it is not your advertising identifier, and it is linked neither to you nor to any other app; deleting and reinstalling changes it. Its only job is to connect one installation's progress to itself.
Not collected: name, email, phone number, location, contacts, device model, advertising identifier (IDFA). Your IP address is not recorded on our server.
These statistics are never sold, never used for ad targeting, and never used to track you across apps.
To turn it off: Settings → Anonymous statistics. Sending stops, and any queued records and that random number are deleted from your device.
Where these statistics are kept
Records reach us through Google Cloud Firestore, where Google acts as a
data processor on our behalf. The servers are inside the European Union
(the eur3 region).
Firestore is only a staging point: records are collected from it into our own database and the Firestore copy is deleted. What the app writes there can afterwards be neither read nor changed — every access except writing is closed.
We keep these statistics to find out which levels are too hard. There is no reason to hold them indefinitely; once they become aggregate numbers the raw records serve no purpose.
3. Advertising and third parties
The app uses Google AdMob to show a full-screen ad between levels. Google collects its own data in order to serve and measure those ads. The data types Google collects, as declared in Apple's privacy labels, are:
| Data type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Device ID / advertising identifier (IDFA) | Third-party advertising, measurement |
| Advertising data | Third-party advertising |
| Product interaction | Advertising, analytics |
| Crash and performance data | Diagnostics |
| Coarse location (derived from IP address) | Advertising, analytics |
This data goes directly to Google, not to us, and we have no access to it. See how Google uses data from sites and apps that use its services.
4. Permissions we ask for
The app asks for exactly two system permissions. Both are optional, and declining either one changes nothing about how the game plays.
App Tracking Transparency
Asked once on launch. Allow it and ads are personalised to your interests. Decline it and your advertising identifier is not used, so you see generic, contextual ads instead. You can change your mind at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Notifications
Asked once on first launch, right after the tracking prompt. Allow it and you get a reminder every two days about the level you stopped on. These are composed entirely on your device — no data leaves it. You can turn them off in the app under Settings → Reminders.
The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, location services, contacts, calendar, health data, or Bluetooth.
5. Ad consent (EEA, UK and similar regions)
Where local law requires it, the app shows Google's consent screen on first launch and asks about your advertising preferences. You can change those preferences later from Settings → Ad Preferences inside the app.
6. Children
aıx is not designed for or marketed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided data, please contact us at the address below.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you have rights of access, correction and erasure. Because the app collects no personal data and does not identify you, we hold no records about you. Even so:
- To erase your local data: Settings → Reset Progress, or delete the app.
- To reset your advertising identifier: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- For data held by Google: you will need to contact Google directly.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. When something material changes, the effective date on this page changes with it. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current policy.
