Spotpad – Kullanım Koşulları (EULA)

Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Spotpad mobil uygulamasını kullanan tüm kullanıcılar için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı indirerek, açarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

2. Kapsam

Bu belge, Spotpad uygulamasının kullanımına, aboneliklerine, içerik paylaşımına, kullanıcı haklarına ve uygulama içi hizmetlere ilişkin şartları düzenler.

3. Kullanıcı Hesabı

Spotpad’i kullanmak için e-posta ve şifre ile hesap oluşturmanız gerekir. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Şifrenizi paylaşmamanız ve yetkisiz erişim durumunda derhal geliştiriciye bildirimde bulunmanız gerekir.

4. Abonelik ve Ödemeler

• Uygulamada sunulan premium özellikler otomatik yenilenen abonelik modeliyle sağlanır.
• Abonelik tutarı, App Store üzerinden belirlenir.
• Otomatik yenileme varsayılan olarak etkinleştirilmiştir. Kullanıcı, aboneliği App Store hesap ayarlarından istediği zaman iptal edebilir.
• Kullanıcı, aboneliğin devam ettiği sürece premium içeriğe erişim hakkına sahiptir.

5. Abonelik İptali ve İade

• Abonelik iptal edildiğinde, mevcut faturalama dönemi sonuna kadar premium özellikler kullanılabilir.
• App Store politikaları çerçevesinde iade talepleri Apple tarafından değerlendirilir.
• Geliştirici, doğrudan ödeme iadesi yapamaz; iade talepleri App Store üzerinden iletilmelidir.

6. İçerik ve Davranış Kuralları

• Uygulama içinde paylaşılan fotoğraf, mesaj veya içeriklerin sorumluluğu içerik sahibine aittir.
• Uygulama üzerinden başka kişilere yönelik tehdit, hakaret, taciz, yasa dışı içerik veya fikri mülkiyet ihlali içeren paylaşımlar yapmak yasaktır.
• Uygulama, kullanıcıların yüklediği içeriği önceden denetleme veya filtreleme yükümlülüğü taşımaz, ancak yasal gereklilik veya ihbar durumunda müdahale edebilir.

7. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Spotpad aşağıdaki hizmetlerle entegre çalışır:

• Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging
• RevenueCat abonelik yönetimi
• OpenStreetMap harita hizmetleri

Bu hizmetlerin kendi gizlilik politikaları ve kullanım koşulları uygulanır.

8. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

• Geliştirici, uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez.
• Uygulamanın kullanımı sonucu oluşabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlar için geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.
• Kullanıcının hesap güvenliği veya cihaz güvenliği ihlalleri sonucu meydana gelen zararlar kullanıcı sorumluluğundadır.

9. Fikri Mülkiyet

• Uygulama içeriği, tasarımı ve marka unsurları geliştiriciye aittir.
• Kullanıcı, uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel amaçlarla ve bu koşullara uygun şekilde kullanabilir.

10. Değişiklikler

Geliştirici bu Kullanım Koşulları’nı zaman zaman güncelleyebilir. Önemli değişiklikler olduğunda kullanıcıya bildirim yapılabilir ve uygulamanın güncel kullanım koşulları bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Spotpad – Terms of Use (EULA)

This Terms of Use agreement applies to all users of the Spotpad mobile application. By downloading, opening, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Developer Information

• App Name: Spotpad

2. Scope

This agreement governs the use of Spotpad, including subscriptions, content sharing, user rights, and in-app services.

3. User Account

You must create an account using email and password to use Spotpad. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and must notify the developer immediately in case of unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium features are provided through an auto-renewable subscription model.
• Subscription fees are determined through the App Store.
• Auto-renewal is enabled by default. Users may cancel subscriptions from their App Store account settings at any time.
• Users retain access to premium content for the remainder of the active billing period.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• When a subscription is canceled, premium features remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
• The developer cannot issue refunds directly; users should request refunds through the App Store.

6. Content and Conduct

• Users are responsible for the content they share, including photos and messages.
• It is prohibited to share threatening, abusive, harassing, illegal, or intellectual property-infringing content.
• The app is not obligated to pre-screen user-generated content but may take action in response to legal requirements or reports.

7. Third-Party Services

Spotpad integrates with the following services:

• Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging
• RevenueCat subscription management
• OpenStreetMap mapping services

Each service is subject to its own privacy policy and terms.

8. Liability Limitation

• The developer does not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The developer is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from app usage.
• Users are responsible for the security of their account and device.

9. Intellectual Property

• The app’s content, design, and branding are owned by the developer.
• Users may use the app only for personal purposes and in compliance with these terms.

10. Changes

The developer may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Significant updates may be communicated to users, and the latest terms will be published on this page.
